I guess more people then less have read the book from the German Book Editor “Darm mit Charme”.
Or if not there is more people then ever having some digestive problems.
Plus there are many women out there having hormonal imbalance issues due mostly to the birth control pill.
AND THIS IS ME. I am waving yes.
I have it all… Been there done that.
Read it, tried it, struggled and now I am healing.
On this healing path that goes on since 2 years nearly it is quite helpful to already have been on a vegan diet since it helps to eliminate toxins you would normally have even more when consuming diary or even meat products.
This detox is an intestinal detox that goes on for a month and is not so intense and disrupting as a normal intestinal flush we might know.
It is based on natural asian and aboriginal cultural medicine and is a soft, natural way to clean your intestine.
It is approved by my Ayurvedic Doctor and it is been done by many people.

And it promises to new vitality, wellbeing and health in 30 days.
Cleaning your intestine is a very emotional process since it also cleanses out your whole emotional system. Where the intestine sits, is also our 3rd chakra were the emotions and hormones are finding their home spot.
This detox is based on the 6 goals to be cleaning, detoxing, relaxing, nurturing,deacidifying & vitalising.
It trains your body to be very strictly with not having snacks in-between meals and eat only after 4hours again. So your intestinal flora has time to clean up for the next round, which makes totally sense but is not so easy for somebody like me who snacked on dates, nuts, fruits basically the whole day long.
Here you eat your breakfast then a 4 hour break, lunch, 4 hour break, dinner and then 12hour break before you can eat breakfast again.
These are the rules to play with… Next to that your meals have to be very protein rich so it helps flushing and cleansing your body and if needed lets you burn easily your excess fat.
Anyways, I am personally not focused on burning fat or loosing weight here, my intention is more to get those hormones in balance and get my digestive system calmed down while I struggled years with being bloated.
The more interesting part for you is how I made this program all veganised for myself and maybe also you if you are ever interested:
The products you get are mostly anyways already plant based except the protein shake that I did not buy and organised my own vegan one from PUR YA ! (VERY TASTY by the way)
I love to share with you a day in this detox program and also share some detox meal recipes. (ALSO LOOK FOR THE DETOX DINNER FOR FRIENDS POST)
After waking up you take the PARAWAY PLUS pills, which are good to activate your immune system, it collects the parasites and eliminates them out of your intestine. It consists out of garlic, spices, seeds and herbs. (DETOXING)
Those pills you drink with a warm glass of supergreen water which is a chlorophyll powder.This supergreen water you keep on drinking (up to 2L) throughout the whole day and is very good to bring your acid-base level in balance. It cleans your blood and regenerates. (DEACIDIFYING)
Then you need to wait minimum 30 min. In those 30 min I often do yoga, meditate or read and then you get to drink the LIFIBER powder that you mix up with water. A powder out of garlic, papaya, berries, seeds and herbs. It gives you a glass full shake and was my least favourite part in the beginning, but you get used to it and now it even starts to feel nice. LIFIBER helps to actively clean. It activates the intestinal flora, it reactivates your metabolism and helps your immune system. It basically cleanses old crust on your intestinal pipe. (CLEANSING)
Having swallowed this, you deserve your first meal which is throughout the whole month a protein shake, either the powder shake up with plant based milk or water or mixed with yoghurt and fruits. The PUR YA vegan protein powder I got is very yummy and consist out of mainly hempseed proteins, pumpkinseed protein, sunflower protein, cacao (good for iron), sprouted flaxseed, coconut blossom sugar, agave powder and sprouted quinoa. All the ingredients are organically produced and it nurtures you with the right amount of amino acids and the minerals you need. (NURTURING)
I must say I really love the taste and it feels good to take it.
After Breakfast I take the matcha energy tea which is another vital pusher and gives me enough energy and focus for the day.
Really soothing next to the fact that I am a tea lover anyways, so this is a plus. The Chi-Oka matcha blend is very rare and is only harvested during a few days per year. Matcha in general is very antioxidant and helps to get ride of the toxins that come on to the surface while doing the cleanse. (VITALISING)
Four hours later and with a supergreen watered stomach which is hungry you go onto the lunch part which is also protein shake based the first week and the last 3 weeks you can have next to proteins 1/3 of your plate carbs and the rest cooked or raw veggies.
The last meal, the dinner, stays for all the 30 days just proteins and veggies without carbs.
That is basically it, just a last ALOE Vera pill popping in your mouth before going to bed to keep you well and calm. Since aloe vera is very healing and soothing for your working body. (RELAXING).

2 APPLES OR 1 APPLE AND 1 PEAR CUT IN LITTLE CUBES, PLACE IN POT, LET IT SWIM IN WATER AND LET IT BOIL

150 GRAMM SOJA YOGHURT ADD INTO A BOWL
2 BIG SPOONS PROTEIN POWDER PUR YA ADD TO THE YOGHURT BOWL
