Lavender is like a lila blessing to me.

I love the smell, its color, look and mostly it’s benefits.

Lavender has something french because it reminds us on Provence and the romantic picturesque lavender fields.

This very nostalgic essential oil and plant is used for medical and religious purposes for over 2500 years.

Already the Egyptians used it for mummification and the Romans of course made use of it for their famous baths, cooking and for scenting the air.

My other love note on this purple plant is that tales tell that already Mary used it to sanctify Jesus with her lavender oiled hair…

Beautiful and  makes it even more magical to use it for me.

The best is you plant your own lavender  and make use of it when drying it.

I have always some lavender essential oil with me when I travel  for sudden headaches, burns or just simply to put some on a pillow and fall into a relaxed sleep which makes every room feel like sleeping at home.

Other then that I spray it daily on my face with Melvita Lavender Spray.

This is my face creme replacer and lets my face feel super fresh, it is antibacterial plus it has this calming lovely smell.

Melvita is a swiss product which is vegan and 100% natural and animal friendly!

I love love love it and can’t go without it anymore
