VEGAN PARADISE BERLIN N°6
THE LAST DAYS ARE FILLED WITH
LOVE FOR ALL THERE IS
PAIN TO LEAVE
FEAR TO MISS OUT
GRATITUDE FOR ALL THERE HAS BEEN
TO HAVE FOUND A NEW HOME AWAY FROM HOME
Our Berlin vega paradise days went to an end and the last hours are best spent around your closest ones…
I took this very serious and went to the very very close café just one parallel street behind where we lived.Funny that all the days before you never see what is just in front of you and then if you look a bit closer you see it and we saw and loved it:
From Tel Aviv to Berlin
It was just delicious! The perfect last breakfast in sunny Berlin.
It made me feel very local, like one of them, sitting on the little wooden blocks in the sun just around the corner of where I used to sleep the last few days, my hood, my Neukölln. I felt it strongly and I loved it.
GORDON is a beautiful concept of a cafe combined with a record store. The friendly man and owner is from Israel and already had a sharing Legothek in Tel Aviv at Gordon street, but he felt the need to come to the capital of techno (Berlin) as he told us and opened in the middle of the beautiful Allerstrasse in Neukölln his own Gordon “street” cafe with a lot of passion for great beats to share and delicious hummus to dip in.
I had a delicious Israeli Morning Drink in a vegan Version called Salep which is basically warm plant based milk, cornstarch, vanilla, cinnamon and pistachio.
It was sooooo soothing and wonderful! A drink you wanna redrink but know that it won’t taste the same at home.
And we shared a delicious typical Tel Aviv Breakfast in the sun consistent of salad, olives, warm home made pita and the most amazing, silky delicious hummus I HAVE EVER EVER HAD!!
No guessing where my next city trip is going to be…
After being fully satisfied and handing in my pink bike the last shopping possibilities where on the list. RISKS ARE HIGH TO GET ANERVOUS BREAKDOWN IF YOU ARE AMAZED LIKE ME ABOUT VEGAN PRODUCTS AND ENTER VEGANZ….
I had to breath deeply and focus intensely to not get intently excessive in my shopping manners.
They have all I can imagine to have.
From Reishi Latte to Beetroot Powder,
From algae to wheet,
Matcha’s in mass,
Glutenfree in all the corners
Raw chocolate in variations I have never seen before…
Yes, my hands were shaky and I was in need to take a deep breath in order to only buy the “most”necessary things.
It was a real paradise of a shopping experience and as if it is not good enough they even advertise with illustrated unicorns to recharge your happiness… OF COURSE THEY DO!!
It seems to be a fact, that last days have less hours, or hours seem to pass by faster…anyways time passed very quickly and we had our last LUNCH DATE in the good old THEBOWL restaurant.
I loved it so much, that I needed to have a refill of this food, that was sure the moment I left the first time.
DO NOT JUDGE BUT I EVEN TOOK THE SAME BOWL….
This time though I finished with a raw white bowl as a dessert and a silky matcha tea with coconut blossom.
SPIRITUAL HANDS WERE PRAYING ABOVE ME
AND GROW LETTERS FRAMED MY APPEARANCE IN MY OWN REFLECTION
THIS WAS BERLIN FOR ME…..
