VEGAN PARADISE BERLIN N°2
HIGH VIBE LIFESTYLE
LOVE THE WAY YOU EAT
EAT THE WAY YOU LOVE
BERLIN YOU KNOW IT
Waking up on my 2nd day in a bed that is usually somebody else’s and it is not a hotel, makes you feel more at home then if you travel the usual way.
You are in it, like all the other citizens, you are amongst them and one of them unnoticed and doing your thing…in my case the vegan thing….
After having set up my little shrine to really finalise my home feeling and my morning yoga practice I was ready for route number 2…
A south indian restaurant modernised with the right amount
Only in Berlin it feels perfectly fine to have chutney and dosa for breakfast while you are actually very far away from India.
I have to say it was AMAZING indian food. One of the best I ever had in Europe. I took the dosa with the vegetables of the day which they marked as vegan and gluten free so there was no question for me to be asked. Delicious and it felt like a pretty good Ayurvedic start into the day.
The interior is beautiful cheerful and a feels like a sort of mix of being in a scene DARJEELING LIMITED or part of The Holy Color Celebration.
After a short but plantful and nourishing meeting with I+M BERLIN (more to that on another note) we could not resist but naughty angels sent us to
I do not like to use this too much but YOLO ( YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE) would definitely fit here.
I got bedazzled for joining in to a Belgian warm homemade waffle (spelt dough) topped with dark chocolate and coconut ice cream (made with coconut and almond milk), whipped cream, warm cherries and chocolate sauce. VERY NAUGHTY AND A REAL SIN!! But one that is worth and to be tried for sure! I mean where else can you get this all VEGAN!!
And as they quote it right: Vegan means to suck less…. it should not even be called as a sin!!
A REAL ARCHITECTURAL EXPERIENCE EVEN WITHOUT THE ART IN IT. To be honest one of the nicest museums there is, a museum that gives a lot of space to the space itself.
MUSEUM VISITS, SIGHT SEEING AND BEING A TOURIST IS FUN AND MAKES YOU HUNGRY FOR SOME GOOD VEGAN PIZZA…
We went to I DUE FORNI, which is actually not the best place to mention as a vegan…the place is good and I got my pizza with spinach, courgette, pepper and no mozzarella so it got veganised. But to be honest when we talk about Pizza and the vegan paradise the SFIZYVEG is the place to GO!!!It is on my list and waiting to be part of a N° at my personal vegan paradise story here in Berlin….
