It gives you good energy and also helps clear your skin because it is antibacterial.

With a hormonal imbalance we always struggle with inflammation so this is the way to fight it first.

3.JUICE OR SMOOTH

We want to have the fibres and we wanna stay fresh and hydrated.

A green juice or smoothie helps you to reach those goals.

Sugar or Fruit drinks are not the best to have when it comes to hormonal issues, since we do not want to overload the sugar intake. Plus the liver which is stressed by all the excess hormones we can’t get ride of (hormonal imbalance) needs some supportive green angels.

To have the best start smooth or juice your green veggies.

Veggies contain very low levels of sugar. They help you to detoxify and cleanse by helping your digestive system to eliminate waste. And the more you consume vegetables in their fresh and raw form, the lesser you crave the sugary things during the day.

4. PROTEIN SATISFACTION

STRONG FEELINGS NEED STRONG FOOD SUPPORT.

We need to have our minerals, omega fats, B vitamins and other nutritional check list covered.

Especially for women we need Magnesium for the inner beauty-Blood flow and Zinc for the outer beauty.

My favourite delivery of all this is:

Chia Pudding:

 4 small spoons of chia (you won’t believe how much power in those small seeds are so you do not need to take more)

soak them overnight in your favourite plant based milk (everything except soy) or coconut water

The next morning add :

half a cooked apple with cinnamon and cardamon

or 1/2 orange

goji berries

cashew nuts

pecan nuts

almonds


It is not just the chia that gives you all the good fats and proteins and all the rest goodies!

Also the cashews are one of the best magnesium empowered nuts!

While as 1/2 cooked apple with CINNAMON and CARDAMOM is the perfect PLUS! Since cinnamon is an antibacterial spice and helps you reduce inflammation like Cardamom it belongs to the warming spice groups which also helps you calm down your bloated feeling.

5. THE NEW COFFE IS GREEN

Women with hormonal imbalances tend to have their adrenal glands overtired because of being constantly in emergency mood. Their stress hormones are over excessive produced due to irregularities.

Consuming coffee at this stage won’t help to calm down your nerves it will make it only worse.

Strangely enough we are soon tired like your glands are and crave for boosters.
