It all went by too fast.

I feel nostalgic.

It was so good.

So good that I did not feel the urge to capture it

So good that only things left are traces and spots in green, pink, orange and brown that take over whole radiants of the rainbow….

With it lots and lots of good memories ….my belly knows about it.

The talk is about food, food as an experience to share, food as a nutrition to give….When food becomes sacred!

 

I prepared nice bites for the women circle I join monthly (will post about that on another note)

It always feels holy and special to me to have this night and for me it already starts in the kitchen 1 or 2 days before….

I prepare goddess food for those beautiful women I met on that special night

For women I actually rarely know but,

they eat what I prepared with my hands,

they eat with joy what I made with pure love and the best energy.

I guess this can’t be captured in a picture and still I would like to share some recipes with you..

BECAUSE IT WAS SOOOO GOOD!!

LET US GET RIGHT TO BUSINESS AND TALK ABOUT DESSERT….

RAW CACAO-DATE-BROWNIE -BALLS FEELING PECAN HIGH

Take 8 Medjool Dates and soak them for 3 hours in water

In the meantime blend 1,5 cups walnuts into a bit of a chunky walnut flour

Mix the dates with 1 cup of almond flour

+

1/2 cup raw cacao

+

dash of ground cinnamon

+

pinch of himalaya salt

and then you amuse yourself for another 2-2,5 hours until the dates finished their 3 hour bath in water

Blend the soft dates and add them to the mix you prepared

+

1/2 cup raw almond butter

With this nice chocolate tasty date purée you can either form squares or in my case I rolled them up into cute balls and crowned them with a pecan.

Those you put in a container and freeze up to 3 hours or the best overnight.

DEFINITELY A GODDESS FOOD SOURCE WITH LOTS OF antioxidants, vitamin B and E, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, sulfur, copper, selenium, manganese, magnesium, iron, zinc, omega 3 fatty acids, protein, natural sugars, slow release carbohydrates and finer plus a touch of caffeine from the cocoa that gently stimulates our flow and circulation

THE COLOURFUL THREESOME SPREADS

1. ” A LOT LIKE PUMPKIN PIE” BUTTER

First steam some organic pumpkin from your local marker or anywhere you can find it

I took around 750 grams

Once the pumpkin is nice and softly steamed you can blend it to a pumpkin purée

Add this purée to 1/2 cup apple purée (that you do either yourself with 3-4 apples and add some vanilla to it) or you buy organic sugar free one.

1/2 cup coconut sugar

1-2 big spoons of maple syrup

1 big spoon cinnamon

1/2 small spoon nutmeh

1 small spoon vanilla powder

1 small spoon fresh lemon juice

and to make it nice and thick I added

1 cup of coconut flour

1 big spoon of lupine protein powder

and lastly 1-2 big spoons of  raw almond butter

WE LOVED IT. IT UNDERLINES THE BEAUTY OF A WOMEN. SWEET BUT STRONG LIKE A PUMPKIN AND VERY VERY COMPLEX!

plus it is loaded with good valuable nutritions and protein.

Perfect to spread on the raw crackers I made or to just spoon directly into your mouth.

2. GREEN CALMING A&C MOUSSE

It can not all be sweet. To calm down and freshen up:

2 ripe Avocados

2 celery sticks

1/2 lemon

all blended together and you have a wonderful fresh A&C mousse

always ready always purifying and cleansing

WE  WOMEN NEED THOSE FRESH GREEN MOMENTS

VERY CALMING AND WITH NO GUILT  INVOLVED

3. DEEP PINK ROOTED BEET SPREAD

1 big Beetroot blended

+

1/2 Lemon

+

2 big spoons of  raw Tahini

1/2-1 big spoon of cumin

1 big spoon on dried thyme

1/2 big spoon of maple syrup

1 big spoon of chia seeds

all mixed together

MAKES A DEEP PINK SPREAD WHICH GROUNDS US BACK TO EARTH

AND THAT IS WHERE ALL THE MAGIC HAPPENS…

(the rest  I did I will post another time, I will definitely remake it with some images next time. Promise.)
