Sometimes you need to do things not necessarily because there is any future purpose in sight but just because it feels perfectly right NOW and it nurtures your soul.
In this case it was a weaving workshop.
To work with your hands can be very grounding, meditative and inspiring.
Plus as a vegan fashion minded person it is very good to know how fabric can be done and how eventually you could weave your own vegan bag, shirt, sweater, skirt and so on!!
On a personal note, weaving is something I always wanted to learn but never really did, not even during my fashion studies….
It was a beautiful relaxing workshop to get to know a new techniques that opened up my horizon.

FINISHING YOUR WEAVE UP BY TAKING ALWAYS A PAIR OF VERTICAL YARNS AWAY FROM THE LOOM AND MAKE A KNOT IN IT
CONNECT THE WEAVING RESULT TO A WODDEN STICK SO YOU CAN HANG IT
BE HAPPY AND PROUD OF YOUR FIRST WEAVING RESULT AND GIVE IT A SPECIAL PLACE IN YOUR HOME OR WEAR IT DIRECTLY TO GO OUT….NO LIMITS
